Does the company do a good job communicating on its website and social media platforms? Provide examples.

Apple has a very straightforward and appealing website, and they are very active on social media. For instance, they have 32 million Instagram followers and share amazing photos taken with their iPhones to show people the kind of images you can take with their product. I think Apple does a great job at communicating on these platforms.

On the company website, what is featured at the top, in the middle, and at the bottom of the home page? Why do you think they have it organized this way? In your opinion, is it effective?

The header at the top allows you to select the product you wish to view, like is the mac, iPad, iPhone, watch, vision, airpods, etc. Their newest iPhone and watches are featured in the middle along with brief messages and images. Examples of movies you may watch on an Apple TV can be found at the bottom of the homepage, along with several links to further details on each product and the company as a whole. I believe this is how they have it set up because it's eye-catching and simple. It's effective, in my opinion, because their website is well-designed and easy to navigate, drawing attention to their visually appealing products.

Does the business communicate an identity online? Provide examples.

Apple Vision Pro
The company uses its well-known "bitten apple" logo and innovative products to convey its identity online. For instance, it just released the Apple Vision Pro, an advanced piece of technology.
Where could the company improve its online communication?

Since they are well-known for only posting photos taken with iPhones and using the hashtag #shotoniphone, I actually like how they have managed their Instagram account and wouldn't change that. However, I believe they could improve their online communication by sharing tips on how to take those kinds of photos, as you usually need to adjust lightning and other settings. Periodically, they could give tips, write about their latest product, and inform people about what they have to offer in order to further sell their items.
